How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

How long will my order take to arrive?

US orders should arrive within 5-10 business days and international orders within a 3-6 weeks; however, this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders

Will you restock sold out items?

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Yes you can. Please email us orders@smplfd.com regarding your return or exchange so that we can arrange a return or exchange.

You can find a size chart on the product detail page. Just click on a product you like and you'll see the size chart in the product description. Just click on link and a size chart will pop up.
