Spring 2020 Opening Reception - 6PM - 9PM

Wasserman Projects (3434 Russell Street #502, Detroit)

Wasserman Projects invites you to join us for our two new Spring exhibitions. "The Five Realms", featuring Detroit-based duo, Dorota and Steve Coy. Their site-specific exhibition is composed of an immersive multi-room installation that leads viewers on a journey through a dystopian future - exploring the human condition, challenging the very nature of reality, and posing possible outcomes of our contemporary society.

Wasserman Projects is also pleased to present "Tiles, Grates, Poles, Rocks, Plants, and Veggies", a selection of work by Chicago-based artist, Adrian Wong. The collection of works span the last ten years of his practice and was largely produced in Hong Kong, where he was based until recently. Wong's sculptural works are influenced by the intersections and overlapping narratives found in urban environments, employing industrial and found materials, creating compositions densely layered with visual and cultural references.
