ONLINE SHOP FAQ
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use. We currently do not accept cash or check.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US orders should arrive within 2-6 business days* and international orders may deliver within 3-6 weeks; however, this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees for any method.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay.
What if my shipment was delayed during the transit process?
If you are having issues with a delayed* shipment please follow the steps outlined by USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
*COVID-19 has created intermittent delays in transit for packages shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do our best to ensure packages arrive on time; however, once a package leaves our warehouse there's very little we can do. We always suggest using the tracking links provided in our emails to manage your delivery.
What if my shipment was 'Delivered' but I'm not seeing it at my address?
If you are having issues with a lost or delayed shipment please follow the steps outlined by USPS.
Will you restock sold out items?
Yes, most of the time we do. To stay up to date, click the size that you're looking for and enter your email address. You'll be notified as soon as we restock that specific size.
Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
Yes you can. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your return or exchange so that we can arrange a return or exchange. Note that we have a 30-day return policy; and items on clearance are final sale.
Where can a find a size chart?
There's a general sizing chart on each product page. If you have questions, feel free to shoot us a message.
How should I care for my SMPLFD garments?
As a general rule for all of our garments, we recommend washing on cold and, if a dryer is a must, then turn the garment inside out before drying. Excessive heat to the design/print can cause the ink to bleed, smear, and/or spread to other garments.
