The gist of it: our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (only applicable when purchase was made online).
We promise to always work with you to ensure that your items fit and you're happy with your purchase.
If an item is defective in any way, we'll cover the cost of the return and/or exchange.
If you choose to return an item with the 30 days, we do ask that you cover the cost of the shipping back to us.
If you want to exchange an item, we do ask that you cover the cost of the shipping back to us. We will then cover the shipping cost* to get the item(s) back to you. Any exchanges after the first go 'round will have to covered by you.
*International orders cannot be exchanged, unless customer wants to pay for shipping to us and then back out to you.
Additional policy details:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate goods or products on 'Clearance.'
Additional non-returnable items:

* Tickets for events
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you're mailing back an online order, please include a note specifying reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Item is inspected and to be found to have been worn. This is up to the discretion of SMPLFD and its employees.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus original shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are no approved, then you will have the option to receive the item back in the mail or receive a store credit (minus shipping).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly exchange your item for another size in the same style. The customer is responsible for the shipment costs back to us; we will then cover the shipping on the new shipment back to you. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't always guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use. We currently do not accept cash or check.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US orders should arrive within 5-10 business days and international orders may deliver within 3-6 weeks; however, this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay.
What if my shipment was delayed during the transit process?
If you are having issues with a delayed shipment please follow the steps outlined by USPS.
What if my shipment was 'Delivered' but I'm not seeing it at my address?

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
Yes you can. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your return or exchange so that we can arrange a return or exchange. Note that we have a 30-day return policy; and items on clearance are final sale.
